DONER KEBAB- 100g
Our seasoning makes for a great tasting kebab. Ideal with beef or lamb. Rather than the traditional greasy and fatty doner kebab that is high in calories and fat, try making your own tasty alternative. You will be amazed by this complete mix and how easy it is making your very own homemade doner kebab.
KOFTE KEBAB SEASONING-100g
The Kofte Kebab can be shaped either as a ball, patties, or sausage shape. This mince is where it gets its name as Kofte, translated this means to pound or to grind and Kebab means pieces of meat, fish, or vegetables roasted or grilled on a skewer or spit. Our Kofte Kebab Seasoning is based on Turkish flavourings which they would traditionally serve in kebab houses, accompanied by Tzatziki or plain yoghurt.
LAMB SHISH KEBAB-100g
This tasty Lamb seasoning combines flavourful herbs and spices into a Turkish lamb seasoning that is out of this world! Your lamb will never be plain again once you've tried this seriously addictive seasoning! Works amazing on a leg of lamb, chops or any diced lamb.
CHICKEN SHISH KEBAB- 100g
Shish Kebab originated in Turkey, so you can't get much more authentic then with Baharat Chicken Shish Seasoning. The method of cooking meats on a skewer over an open fire originated on the fields of central Anatolia in Turkey, it’s said the descendants of Genghis Khan himself skewered their daily catch on their swords and cooked it over an open flame.
SHAWARMA-100g
Traditional Turkish shawarma is a well-marinated meat, layered on a vertical rotisserie or spit where it's slow roasted for days in its own juices and fat, until perfectly tender and extra flavourful! To serve it, typically they shave a layer of shawarma off the spit and pile it up into a pita pocket, jazz it with tahini sauce and heaps upon heaps of fresh toppings!
Turkish Chili Flakes (Pul biber)- 60g
The Turkish variety of the Aleppo pepper, our summary, mildly spicy Pul Biber was historically ground using heavy silk ropes, giving them a smooth, slippery texture. They have a warm, tomato-like flavour and a medium heat it's also called Marash pepper, these are great in any dish in need of a little excitement, from Doner Kebab to Chicken Shish Kebab. Our Silk Chili Flakes are naturally preserved with a little bit of salt and olive oil to keep them fresh and flavourful. Perfect for cooking or finishing.
