KOFTE KEBAB SEASONING-100g

The Kofte Kebab can be shaped either as a ball, patties, or sausage shape. This mince is where it gets its name as Kofte, translated this means to pound or to grind and Kebab means pieces of meat, fish, or vegetables roasted or grilled on a skewer or spit. Our Kofte Kebab Seasoning is based on Turkish flavourings which they would traditionally serve in kebab houses, accompanied by Tzatziki or plain yoghurt.

First try very tasty.

Used the donner meat spice for the first time & found it very tasty.Slightest problem was it was a little dry but I think I over cooked it by maybe 15 minutes to make sure it was cooked being the first time I've done it?So slight adjustment next time & I'm sure it'll be perfect.
