This easy chicken doner recipe is the perfect fakeaway — packed with Turkish flavour and ready in under 30 minutes using your air fryer or oven.
✨ Ingredients:

🍗 4 boneless chicken thighs

🥄 2 tbsp yoghurt

🍅 1 tbsp tomato paste

🌿 2 tbsp Doner Kebab Seasoning

🫒 1 tbsp olive oil

🔥 Cooking Instructions:
1️⃣ Combine chicken, yoghurt, tomato paste, seasoning, and olive oil in a bowl.
Let it marinate for at least 2 hours (overnight = maximum flavour).
2️⃣ Cook in the air fryer at 180°C for 20 minutes, or in the oven at 200°C for 25 minutes.
3️⃣ Slice into thin doner-style strips, warm up some flatbread or pide, and build your kebab!

This fresh and crunchy salad is the classic doner side dish you’ll find in every Turkish takeaway — now made at home in minutes.
Ingredients:

½ red cabbage, finely shredded

1 red pepper, thinly sliced

A handful of parsley, chopped

Juice of 1 lemon or vinegar

2 tbsp olive oil

Salt to taste
Instructions:
Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Let it sit for 10–15 minutes to soften and absorb the flavours.
