Adana Seasoning and Skewers

Had my first go at using the adana spices following the recipe recommended, using lamb mince. This was then used on the fantastic heavy weight skewers and cooked on the bbq, and they were exceptionally good! The smells coming from the bbq was amazing, the dog was sat next to it throughout the cook lol. The kebabs were amazing, the depth of flavour was incredible and tasted very authentic as well. Still have a couple of the other spices to try but very impressed so far!

Absolute loving them. I might have to reorder soon.
