This easy chicken doner recipe is the perfect fakeaway β packed with Turkish flavour and ready in under 30 minutes using your air fryer or oven.
β¨ Ingredients:

π 4 boneless chicken thighs

π₯ 2 tbsp yoghurt

π 1 tbsp tomato paste

πΏ 2 tbsp Doner Kebab Seasoning

π« 1 tbsp olive oil

π₯ Cooking Instructions:
1οΈβ£ Combine chicken, yoghurt, tomato paste, seasoning, and olive oil in a bowl.
Let it marinate for at least 2 hours (overnight = maximum flavour).
2οΈβ£ Cook in the air fryer at 180Β°C for 20 minutes, or in the oven at 200Β°C for 25 minutes.
3οΈβ£ Slice into thin doner-style strips, warm up some flatbread or pide, and build your kebab!

Ingredients:

Β½ red cabbage, finely shredded

1 red pepper, thinly sliced

A handful of parsley, chopped

Juice of 1 lemon or vinegarΒ

2 tbsp olive oil

Salt to taste
Instructions:
Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Let it sit for 10β15 minutes to soften and absorb the flavours.
