Tasty kebab spices

I have previously used the chicken shish and lamb donner mixes. Both making tasty authentic dishes. The lamb shish mix, I firstly tried the recipe on the lamb shish pack. This was nice, but for me I got a better result using my own recipe. I placed cubed lamb in a bowl with two large teaspoons of mix. I added a little oil, and some lemon juice. Left in the fridge for a few hours. Made up skewers with mushrooms, peppers and onion. Cooked in a hot oven(220°C) for 20 minutes. Ate with salad and a flat bread.
