1.5 - 2kg Lamb Shoulder - 1 piece

1 bulb Garlic

3 tbsp Baharat Lamb Seasoning LAMB SEASONING

15g Fresh Rosemary

2 tbsp Olive oil


  1. Preheat the oven to the maximum temperature.
  2. Break apart all garlic cloves from the bulb and peel them. Place the cloves, along with half of the rosemary sprigs, on the bottom of a roasting pan.
  3. Lay the lamb shoulder on top of the garlic and rosemary, and season it with Baharat Lamb Seasoning LAMB SEASONING
  4. Drizzle with olive oil and place the remaining half of the rosemary on top.
  5. Cover the roasting pan with aluminium foil and place it in the middle of the oven. Immediately reduce the temperature to 170 degrees Celsius.
  6. Roast the lamb shoulder for about 3.5 – 4 hours until it's tender and you can pull it apart with a fork.
  7. Remove the roasting pan from the oven, transfer the lamb shoulder to a serving platter, and wrap it tightly in aluminium foil, then cover with a kitchen towel. Let it rest for 10 – 15 minutes before slicing and serving.
  8. Serve with your choice of vegetables and enjoy your Easter feast! 🌷🥕
