Ingredients:
1.5 - 2kg Lamb Shoulder - 1 piece
1 bulb Garlic
3 tbsp Baharat Lamb Seasoning LAMB SEASONING
15g Fresh Rosemary
2 tbsp Olive oil
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to the maximum temperature.
- Break apart all garlic cloves from the bulb and peel them. Place the cloves, along with half of the rosemary sprigs, on the bottom of a roasting pan.
- Lay the lamb shoulder on top of the garlic and rosemary, and season it with Baharat Lamb Seasoning LAMB SEASONING
- Drizzle with olive oil and place the remaining half of the rosemary on top.
- Cover the roasting pan with aluminium foil and place it in the middle of the oven. Immediately reduce the temperature to 170 degrees Celsius.
- Roast the lamb shoulder for about 3.5 – 4 hours until it's tender and you can pull it apart with a fork.
- Remove the roasting pan from the oven, transfer the lamb shoulder to a serving platter, and wrap it tightly in aluminium foil, then cover with a kitchen towel. Let it rest for 10 – 15 minutes before slicing and serving.
- Serve with your choice of vegetables and enjoy your Easter feast! 🌷🥕
