Here's the recipe (serves 4-6):
Ingredients:
- 500g mince (50/50 lamb and beef)
- 1-2 tbsp Baharat Doner Seasoning
- 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions:

Mix all ingredients in a bowl until well combined.

Blend the mixture until smooth and putty-like.

Roll the mixture into a log shape, wrap it in foil, and chill in the refrigerator for 2 hours.

Remove from the fridge and finalize the log's shape.

Cut off any excess foil from one end and load it onto MeatSpike

Place on a tray and into a preheated oven (180°C).

Allow it to cook for 35 minutes.

Remove from the oven, unwrap the foil, and cook for another 15 minutes.

Remove from the oven (ensure it's cooked by checking that all juices run clear; if not, return to the oven and cook accordingly).

Slice into strips and serve on a wrap or pitta with salad and chilli sauce.
