One kilogram of chicken thighs
Two tablespoons of Baharat Chicken Shish Seasoning
Half a cup of olive oil
One tablespoon of yoghurt
One teaspoon of tomato paste
✅ Instructions
First, we marinate the chicken and let it sit in the fridge for a few hours. If you're short on time, you can cook it immediately. We place the marinated chicken in a loaf tin or rectangular baking dish as seen in the video, pressing lightly with our hands. We then bake it in a preheated oven at 190-200 degrees Celsius, for 45-60 minutes. Remove from oven and let it rest for 10 minutes to soak up the juices. Turn the pan over onto a cutting board and slice the chicken as you need it.
Take out the cooked chicken from the oven, remove it from the tin, and slice it with a sharp knife. Serve it alongside chips or add it to a salad or wrap.
