For garnishing:

  • Iceberg lettuce
  • Tomatoes
  • Onions


  1. Put all the ingredients for the doner in a blender and mix well (about 2-3 minutes). The mixture should have a paste-like consistency. 😋

  2. Place the mixture on cling film and roll it into a long shape. Wrap the roll tightly in cling film and let it marinate in the refrigerator for about 3 hours. Then place it in the freezer overnight.

  3. The next day, remove the roll from the freezer, let it thaw for 10 minutes, and then cut it into thin slices while still frozen. Do not cut everything at once as it will thaw completely. Fry the slices in a little oil in a heated pan for about 30 seconds on each side. Be careful not to fry for too long, or the doner will become dry. 😊

  4. Place the cooked doner slices on a plate and repeat the process until everything is used up. Then briefly reheat everything in the pan. Now you can garnish your wrap or bread and enjoy! 🥙
