Chicken Shish Kebabs Marinade:
- 500g diced chicken
- Half a cup of olive oil
- 1 small onion
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1 tablespoon of yogurt
- 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon of pepper or tomato paste
- 2 tablespoons of Baharat Chicken Shish Seasoning
Additionally:
- 1 tablespoon of softened butter
- Finely chopped parsley
- 1 teaspoon of Baharat Chicken Shish Seasoning
Preparation:
- Blend all the ingredients in a food processor.
- Pour the marinade over the chicken in a bowl and mix well.
- Cover and let it rest in the fridge for 3-4 hours (you can also prepare it the night before).
- Skewer the chicken pieces. Arrange them spaced apart on a baking tray lined with baking paper.
- Bake in a 200°C oven for about 20-30 minutes.
- When serving, spread the butter over the chicken.
