Ingredients:
- 1kg of minced meat (5 to 20% fat content)
- 1 onion, chopped
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- Half a red pepper
- A small bunch of parsley
- 1 tablespoon Baharat Köfte Seasoning
- Tomatoes
- Flatbread or pitta
Garnish:
- Sliced onion
- 1 tablespoon sumac
- A handful of parsley
