Recipe:
- Add 3 tbsp of our seasoning to 500 grams of chicken
- Vegan or vegetarian replacement, use chunks of eggplant, whole mushroom, or pieces of cauliflower
- 2 tbsp of oil
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tbsp yogurt
- 2 tbsp tomato paste
- Using the scissors, cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces
- Grate 1 small onion and add to the mixture
- Mix till combined
- Let sit for 1 hour or more
- Thread onto skewers alternating with a vegetables of choice
- Fry the chicken in a splash of oil in a large pan for 4-5 minutes, moving the pieces only occasionally so they blacken.
- You can also cook the kebabs on a grill or barbecue, turning them halfway through
- Serve with rice and/or your favourite salad
