  • 400g flour

  • 7g dry yeast

  • 12g sugar

  • 6g salt

  • 45ml olive oil

  • 250ml lukewarm water

  • 1 egg yolk (for brushing)

  • Sesame seeds (for topping)


Instructions

  1. Prepare the Dough:

    • Combine the flour, dry yeast, sugar, and salt in a large mixing bowl.

    • Add the sunflower oil and lukewarm water. Mix until a dough forms.

    • Knead the dough for 10-15 minutes until it’s smooth and elastic.

  2. Let it Rise:

    • Cover the dough with a damp cloth or plastic wrap.

    • Let it rise for 1 hour in a warm place until it doubles in size.

  3. Shape the Bread:

    • Divide the dough into 4 equal pieces.
