Craving something juicy, crispy, and packed with flavour? These oven-baked Turkish chicken wings are the perfect crowd-pleaser. Marinated in a creamy yogurt blend with our Baharat Chicken Shish Seasoning, they’re smoky, tangy, and irresistibly good — no grill required.
Ingredients
(Serves 4–6)

1.5 kg chicken wings 
- 
2 tbsp plain yogurt 
- 
1 tbsp tomato puree 
- 
2 tbsp olive oil 
- 
1 garlic cloves, grated 🧄 
Instructions
- 
Make the marinade: In a large bowl, combine the yoghurt, Baharat Chicken Shish Seasoning, and oil and garlic. Mix until smooth. 
- 
Marinate the wings: Add the chicken wings to the bowl and coat them evenly in the mixture. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hour — overnight is even better. 
- 
Prep for baking: Preheat your oven to 220°C (fan 200°C). Spread the marinated wings on a lined baking tray. 
- 
Bake to perfection: Roast for 35–45 minutes, or until the wings are golden, crispy on the edges, and fully cooked through. Flip halfway for an even bake.
