1.5 kg chicken wings

2 tbsp plain yogurt

1 tbsp tomato puree

2 tbsp olive oilΒ

1 garlic cloves, grated π§
Instructions

Make the marinade: In a large bowl, combine the yoghurt, Baharat Chicken Shish Seasoning, and oil and garlic. Mix until smooth.

Marinate the wings: Add the chicken wings to the bowl and coat them evenly in the mixture. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hour β overnight is even better.

Prep for baking:
Β Preheat your oven to 220Β°C (fan 200Β°C). Spread the marinated wings on a lined baking tray.Β

Bake to perfection: Roast for 35β45 minutes, or until the wings are golden, crispy on the edges, and fully cooked through. Flip halfway for an even bake.
