Each recipe uses:

500g chicken, lamb, fish, halloumi, or veg

Marinate for at least 30 minutes (or longer for deeper flavour)

🔥 1. Oven-Roasted Chicken Thighs
You’ll need:

500g chicken thighs (bone-in or boneless)

2 tbsp Baharat Mediterranean Seasoning

Optional: 1 tbsp olive oil + 1 tbsp lemon juice
Steps:

Coat chicken with seasoning and optional ingredients.

Marinate for at least 30 minutes.

Roast at 200°C (fan) for 35–40 mins until golden and crisp.

Rest 5 minutes before serving.
Serve with couscous, Greek yogurt, or roasted veg.
🥘 2. Pan-Seared Mediterranean Lamb Chops
You’ll need:

500g lamb chops or cutlets

2 tbsp Baharat Mediterranean Seasoning

Optional: olive oil + crushed garlic
Steps:

Rub seasoning and oil onto the lamb.

Marinate for 30–60 mins.

Pan-fry on high heat for 3–4 mins per side.

Rest and serve with lemon wedges.
Goes perfectly with grilled veg or a tomato salad.
🌬️ 3. Air Fryer Halloumi & Veg Skewers
You’ll need:

250g halloumi, cubed + 250g mixed peppers, courgette, onion

2 tbsp Baharat Mediterranean Seasoning

Optional: 1 tbsp olive oil

Wooden skewers (soaked) or metal MeatSkewers
Steps:

Toss halloumi and veg in seasoning and oil.

Thread onto skewers.

Air fry at 180°C for 10–12 mins, turning halfway.
Serve with hummus, tabbouleh or warm pita.
🔥 4. BBQ Sea Bass Fillets
You’ll need:

500g sea bass or other white fish fillets

2 tbsp Baharat Mediterranean Seasoning

Optional: olive oil and lemon juice
Steps:

Rub seasoning and oil onto the fish.

Let rest for 20 mins.

Grill skin-side down for 3–4 mins per side.
Great with grilled potatoes or a zesty salad.
🧆 5. Mediterranean Veg Traybake
You’ll need:

500g mixed veg (courgette, peppers, red onion, cherry tomatoes)

2 tbsp Baharat Mediterranean Seasoning

Optional: olive oil
Steps:

Toss veg with seasoning and oil.

Spread on a tray and roast at 200°C for 30–35 mins.

Turn once for even roasting.
Serve warm or cold with feta, hummus, or flatbread.
🍞 6. Herby Chicken in a Bread Tin
You’ll need:

500g thinly sliced chicken breast

2 tbsp Baharat Mediterranean Seasoning

Loaf tin
Steps:

Mix chicken with seasoning and extras.

Marinate for 1–2 hours.

Layer slices tightly into loaf tin.
