Each recipe uses:

500g mince (lamb, beef, lamb & beef mix)

2 tbsp Baharat Seekh Kebab Seasoning

Optional flavour boost: 1 grated onion, 1 minced garlic clove, 1 tbsp plain yogurt or olive oil + squeeze of lemon

Marinate for at least 2 hours (overnight = deeper flavour, no shortcuts)

🔥 1. Classic Seekh Kebab Skewers

You'll need:

500g mince (lamb, beef)

2 tbsp Baharat Seekh Kebab Seasoning

Optional: 1 grated onion, 1 minced garlic clove, 1 tbsp yogurt or olive oil

Skewers

Steps:

Mix mince, seasoning and optional extras until fully combined.

Marinate for at least 2 hours.

Wet your hands and shape around skewers.

Cook under the grill, in the oven, air fryer or BBQ until cooked through and lightly charred.

Turn halfway through cooking.

This is the traditional way.
