Ingredients
- 500g chicken thighs or drumsticks
- 2 tbsp Baharat Piri Piri Seasoning
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Juice of 1 lemon
Method
- Mix the seasoning with the olive oil and lemon juice.
- Coat the chicken evenly.
- Marinate for at least 2 hours.
- Bake at 220°C (200°C Fan) for 30–35 minutes, turning halfway.
- Finish under the grill for 3–5 minutes for crispy, caramelised skin.
Perfect served with chips, rice or salad.

Ingredients
- 500g chicken breast or thighs
- 2 tbsp Baharat Piri Piri Seasoning
- 2 tbsp olive oil

Method
- Mix all ingredients together.

- Heat a frying pan over medium-high heat.
- Cook for 8–10 minutes until golden, slightly charred and fully cooked.

- Cook at 190°C for 18–22 minutes, turning halfway.

- Grill over medium-high heat for 10–12 minutes, turning regularly until lightly charred.
