Each recipe uses:

500g minced lamb, beef, or a 50/50 mix (20% fat ideal)

Mix until sticky and marinate for at least 1 hour (or overnight)

🔥 1. Oven-Baked Adana Kebabs
You’ll need:

500g minced lamb or beef

2 tbsp Baharat Adana Kebab Seasoning

½ tsp salt

Optional: onion, garlic, olive oil

Metal or wooden skewers (soak wooden skewers in water for 30 mins)

Baking tray + foil
Steps:

Mix everything until sticky and well combined.

Marinate for 1–2 hours.

Shape into long kebabs on skewers or as sausage shapes.

Place on foil-lined tray and bake at 200°C (fan) for 25–30 mins, turning once.

🥘 2. Pan-Fried Adana Kebabs
You’ll need:

Non-stick pan or skillet
Steps:

Mix and marinate the meat.

Shape into sausage-style patties.

Fry on medium-high heat for 3–4 mins per side until browned and cooked.

🌬️ 3. Air Fryer Adana Kebabs (No Skewers)
You’ll need:

Air fryer
Steps:

Steps:
