🌶️ 5 Ways to Make Adana Kebab at Home

Each recipe uses:

  • 500g minced lamb, beef, or a 50/50 mix (20% fat ideal)

  • 2 tbsp Baharat Adana Kebab Seasoning

  • Optional flavour boost: 1 grated onion, 1 minced garlic clove, 1 tbsp olive oil

  • ½ tsp salt (adjust to taste)

  • Mix until sticky and marinate for at least 1 hour (or overnight)

Serving suggestions:
Serve with lavash or pita, grilled veg, sumac onions, and chili or yogurt sauce.


🔥 1. Oven-Baked Adana Kebabs

You’ll need:

  • 500g minced lamb or beef

  • 2 tbsp Baharat Adana Kebab Seasoning

  • ½ tsp salt

  • Optional: onion, garlic, olive oil

  • Metal or wooden skewers (soak wooden skewers in water for 30 mins)

  • Baking tray + foil

Steps:

  1. Mix everything until sticky and well combined.

Steps:

  1. Mix and marinate.

  2. Shape meat onto soaked wooden skewers.
