In Urfa the Southeast of Turkey, you will find black Urfa biber on almost every table. It's delicious on kebabs and other grilled meats and veggies, cooked into stews and chilis, in salad dressings, and even sprinkled on your salad bowl.

After it being cured, our Urfa chili is packed with Himalayan salt and a little Turkish olive oil to preserve its natural texture and flavour but mostly to prevent it from drying out.

    I love this product, used it in all my sauces and stews since I've had it, will order again when I run out. Looking forward to trying the Donner and shish spices that I purchased too .

    Versatile spice

    Whether you use in cooking or to peck up raw onion, it adds a lovely flavour. Thoroughly recommend baharat spices though.

    Absolutely loving my spice collection. The smell alone of the Isot is a delight. I read somewhere the suggestion of having on scrambled eggs. I'd have never thought of it but is truly fabulous together. Thank you.
