TATLI TOZ BIBER (SWEET PAPRIKA POWDER)

Our sweet pepper powder comes from Islahiye Turkey, it has a colour ranging from dark red-orange to an almost carmine red shade and an earthy, slightly smoky aroma. The taste is rich, fruity and slightly acidic. Delicious with roasted meats, rub it on your chicken, lamb, or steak. Also amazing over couscous and lentils or sprinkle it on your pizza.

YENIBAHAR (ALL SPICE)

Our allspice berries have a combined flavour of cinnamon, nutmeg and cloves, with a hint of juniper and peppercorn, In the Turkish kitchen, it is used in meat dishes, köfte, and sausages as well as various dolma and sweets.

SUMAK (SUMAC)

Our spectacular cured sumac grows around Gaziantep, Turkey, where instead of being dried, it’s chopped and packed in Himalaya salt to preserve it. It has a bright, sour, salty and slightly fermented flavour, swap it for lemon juice in any recipe or use to add character and brightness to salads, fish, meat, or dips. It also makes a perfect topping for anything from hummus to salad to roasted veggies or meat to scrambled eggs.

URFA BIBER (ISOT PEPPER)

In Urfa the Southeast of Turkey, you will find black Urfa biber on almost every table. It's delicious on kebabs and other grilled meats and veggies, cooked into stews and chilis, in salad dressings, sprinkled on fluffy scrambled eggs or basically on anything. After it being cured, our Urfa chili is packed with Himalaya salt and a little Turkish olive oil to preserve its natural texture and flavour but mostly to prevent it from drying out. 

PUL BIBER (ALEPPO PEPPER)

Our pul biber comes from Kahramanmaras, Turkey, It has been cultivated in Turkey for centuries. It is naturally preserved with a little bit of Himalaya salt and olive oil to keep them fresh and flavourful. They have a warm, tomato-like flavour and a medium heat. Use in any dish in need of a little excitement, from scrambled eggs to burgers and even on salad. Perfect for cooking or finishing.
