Turkish (Easy) Manti

Turkish Manti in a easy style and only in 20 minutes. Turkish mantı is one of the traditional dishes in Turkish cuisine. It is like ravioli, the handmade pasta has uncooked meat, onion filling. We are going to make an easier version with pasta, minced meat topping, and yogurt, mint sauce. It is probably one of the easiest feasts you can cook in 20 minutes.

Ingredients:

300gr. minced beef (or use half beef, half lamb)

1 medium-size onion

3-4 tbsp olive oil

1/2 tsp each salt

ground black pepper

sweet paprika

1 tbsp tomato paste

2-3 cloves of garlic

500gr. packet bow tie, farfalle pasta

2 tbsp butter

2-3 tbsp olive oil

salt

1 tsp dried mint
